Second-Story Deck Features

Is this a second-floor deck? Second-story decks require additional permits, engineering, and safety features. This includes additional engineering and drawing costs to include an engineer's stamp. Second floor decks also take longer to build due to working on scaffolding and/or ladders, requiring enhanced safety protocols and specialized construction techniques.

Manual stair override (optional) Check this to manually specify stair count. Otherwise, stairs will be calculated automatically based on deck height.
